Each topic will be covered in a session repeated twice a day for a total of 6 free workshops during FacWeek!
🎨 Design | Monday 11 Sept | 3 or 6 PM CEST
In this session, we will look at session design and answer these questions:
- How can we develop a plan that will accommodate the widest range of abilities? - Which accessible tools should we bring into our facilitation practice? - What are the good practices?

💬 Communication | Tuesday 12 Sept | 3 or 6 PM CEST
In this session, we will look at the communication around your meeting or workshop, and answer these questions:
- How can we appropriately invite participants to share their access needs ahead of time?
- What kind of information should we communicate before registration to prospective participants, to help them decide if the session will be accessible enough for them?

In this session, we will look at session delivery, and answer these questions:
- Your meeting or workshop has just began, and you become aware of an accessibility hiccup, what to do? - What are some best practices for reacting in the moment when participants need adjustments?
